All guests who wish to book a spa appointment must have a credit card number on file to reserve the spa appointment, including waxing. For cancellations or changes, please allow least 48 hours notice for all spa appointments Monday through Saturday. Because we prepare for your treatments daily, guests canceling a spa appointment within the requested cancellation hours are subject to a charge of 50% of the spa service. Full price will be charged to the credit card or prepaid package for a missed spa appointment
Receive 150 - Spa Escape Reward points for each appointment booked online. Your points will be applied to your account upon check out.
There are some services and some therapists that require special attention when scheduling appointments. Therefore, there are some booking situations that cannot be scheduled online, such as some elaborate packages.
